Are you (or soon to be) a first responder?

This is your all-in-one Tactical Athlete Training program. This program is designed for first responders, those may be interested in becoming one, or anyone who just wants to challenge themselves. This class includes, strength, agility, power, & endurance. When it comes to getting you ready for the police academy, military bootcamp, or taking your career as a first responder to the next level, you should train with a coach who has over 20 years of experience training police recruits in physical fitness and defensive tactics. I’m a former US Army Combat Infantryman, retired police officer, certified Physical Fitness Instructor and Defensive Tactics Instructor. I have the background and knowledge to make sure that you hit your goals, get in, and stay in, the best shape of your life. You can’t fake endurance or performance. There is no shortcut for physical preparation–don’t let your fitness hold you back from reaching your goals.
