Hi, I’m Jamie – Personal trainer, nutrition coach, competitive runner and owner of Keep Fit. A lifelong passion for movement—from figure skating to endurance sports—inspires me to help others build strength, balance fitness with nutrition, and find joy in living an active, healthy life.

  • My love for movement started with figure skating and evolved into a lifelong passion for fitness. From the ice to the gym to running races, I’ve seen how strength and smart nutrition can transform how we feel every day. As a certified trainer and Precision Nutrition coach, I’m here to help others find joy in staying active and living well.

Hi, I’m Kory

Hi, I’m Kory – After overcoming a serious back injury and losing 80 pounds through fitness, I discovered my passion for helping others transform their lives. With 18 years of experience training clients of all ages and abilities, my goal is to empower people to rise, rebuild, and realize their full potential.

  • I have been working out for 30 years. In 2002 i had a bulging disc that was bad enough that I couldn’t walk anymore. I was sitting home injured and weighed 268 lbs. I went to physical therapy and it wasn’t helping. I started studying my issues and went in and focused on my recovery. Within four months I was down to 188 lbs. Through fitness I changed my life and since then have been working with clients to change theirs–showing clients that it is possible to get back up and live life. My focus is empowering people to get back up and live. They can do what they put their minds too. My goal is to help them see their potential physically and change their lives. I believe it is one of the greatest honors in life to be able to help people out–It is my passion. I have 18 years of training experience with a diverse set of clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Hi, I’m Laura

Hi, I’m Laura – A graduate of the National Personal Training Institute of Florida, I’m passionate about helping each client achieve their unique goals through personalized fitness programs. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and especially love supporting new moms as they reconnect with and embrace their bodies.

  • I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute of Florida in 2008. Through my vast experience, my biggest passion has become to really understand what a client is looking to achieve. I believe every body type responds differently and therefore everyone needs a personalized regimen. I love having a clientele made up of all walks of life and have a soft spot for helping new moms embrace their bodies!

Hi, I’m Kolleen

Hi, I’m Kolleen – As a Capital District native and lifelong athlete, I bring over a decade of experience in personal training, yoga, and group fitness to help clients of all ages reach their goals. Passionate about making fitness personal and fun, I create customized workouts that inspire confidence, strength, and lasting results.

  • I’m a Capital District native who grew up playing soccer, track, field hockey, gymnastics and varsity Lacrosse. I became a gym enthusiast in 2008, coaching gymnastics in college after graduation and obtaining my National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer Certificate. I started training clients in gyms and working with them on their fitness goals. I obtained my 200 hour Yoga teacher training Certificate. I've taught over 200 fitness classes. My main goal at Keep Fit is to help as many people as I can with all different aspects of their fitness journey. I've trained clients aged 12 to 92. I bring enthusiasm and knowledge to truly help people be the best version of themselves. I've learned a great deal about fitness from body building to weight loss to Kettlebells skills. Training with me means 'it’s personal' and I will get to know your goals, your body and tailor a personalized workout plan for you. I can make it fun!

Hi, I’m Bruce

Hi, I’m Bruce – As the founder of Boomer Fitness Delivered, I specialize in helping active adults stay strong and confident through personalized training—either at Keep Fit or in their own homes. With patience, empathy, and firsthand experience, I show clients that age is no barrier to fitness and that it’s never too late to feel your best.

  • I named my business Boomer Fitness Delivered because I am of the Baby Boomer generation “deliver” my services here at Keep Fit or in my clients’ homes.  I theorize that active aging people may have more in common with an older trainer who has had similar life experiences as they do.  I have great patience and empathy especially with people new or uncomfortable with the fitness industry that in my opinion has underserved so many.  But being older does not mean you have to slow down! I love physical activity and enjoy my weekly routines of lifting kettlebells, playing pickleball, riding a bicycle and going kayaking. Let me be your coach and guide to getting in better shape. Hi, I’m Jason – I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Virtual Coaching Specialist with a background as a three-sport athlete and college football player. I specialize in strength and athletic training, helping clients of all ages—especially older adults—feel strong, confident, and energized.

  • I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Virtual Coaching Specialist currently completing my Nutrition Certification. As a former three-sport athlete who went on to play college football, I bring that same passion and discipline to my clients. I specialize in strength and athletic training, and I love helping the older population feel strong, confident, and young again.
